1. How can I report translation mistakes or problems?

There are two ways to give us feedback. You can send your feedback via the Contact Us page. Or you can rate the quality of the translation right from the page you have translated.

2. I have a comment or suggestion about the project. What's the best way to send it?

Please use the Contact Us page to give us your feedback.

3. What criteria should I use to evaluate the translations?

Please report any technical or language translation problems you encounter with particular web pages. Try to be concise and to indicate specific translation errors. Always make sure to include the URL of the web page you refer to.

Please also report the URL of any Web site of interest to you that has technical problems translating. You can do that right from the page that has been translated or by sending us the information via the Contact Us page.

4. Do you have a translation quality evaluation scale?

Yes. Please see the Translation quality scale.

5. Can you email a copy of the feedback I send?

Yes. Please provide your email address and select the “Email copy of this message” checkbox on the Contact Us page to receive an email copy of your feedback.

6. Will you respond to all feedback messages sent?

We will read all the feedback messages we receive and take appropriate action but we will not respond individually to feedback postings.

7. Will you fix all the reported translation errors?

We use your feedback postings to improve the translation software. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all errors reported will or can be fixed in a satisfactory general way.
